Did you find that using a http-server -S Chrome browser page at https://localhost shows the common "Your connection is not private" but opening the Advanced information the "Proceed anyway" button is missing?
No problem, there's a secret passphrase built into the error page. Just make click on (anywhere) the page, so the page is selected, and type thisisunsafe, the page will reaload and now will be accessible.
Note that you are typing but you wont see anything... if this doesn't work, just click again on the screen and retype.
